As usually, the events of the festival will occur at six cities of Lithuania \u2013 Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipeda, Siauliai, Telsiai and Anyksciai.<\/p>\n<p>Till March 1st the festival is waiting for applications from various designers as well as companies that are willing to present their latest ideas.<\/p>\n<p>For Lithuanian participants \u2013 applications are accepted in the online form: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dizainosavaite.lt\/paraiska\">www.dizainosavaite.lt\/paraiska<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>For international participants \u2013 please contact us via email: <a href=\"mailto:info@dizainosavaite.lt\">info@dizainosavaite.lt<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Festival is open for various participants: designers (product, graphic, fashion, textile, furniture, interior design professionals and amateurs), educational institutions, photographers, boutiques, brands, businesses, etc.<\/p>\n<p>There are three main forms of participation.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>D E S I G N E R \u2019 S\u00a0 \u00a0W I N D O W<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Opportunity for young designers to showcase their designs in the windows of shops and cafes located in the city center. Duration of the exposition is 7 days. Commercial expositions can be installed in windows of cafes or stores as well as in showrooms.<\/p>\n<p>Duration of the exposition is 7 days. Participation fee for one event is 484 Eur.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_6696\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6696\" style=\"width: 980px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6696 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/www.dizainosavaite.lt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/aukcionas-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Dizaino savait\u0117 aukcionas vda\" width=\"980\" height=\"654\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-6696\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Design auction\u00a0\/ Vilnius Academy of Arts\u00a0\/ 2018<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All the events and exhibitions will be included in the official program of the festival as well as provided with promotional material (festival sticker, leaflets, poster, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>A minimum participation fee of 50 Eur will apply to educational institutions.<\/li>\n<li>Members of the Lithuanian Design Forum gets a 50% discount for participation fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Theme and color<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s already a tradition that each year DESIGN WEEK LITHUANIA festival announces a new theme and color.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/dizaino.savaite\">Facebook<\/a>\u00a0followers, in 2019 it is ink blue.<\/p>\n<p>What is more, the theme of this year is \u201cprogress\u201d. This spring we rely on novelties and variety \u2013 let\u2019s focus on recent achievements, progress and innovation. No boundaries are set.
