DESIGN WEEK LITHUANIA 2016 programme

DESIGN WEEK LITHUANIA- already eleventh and biggest design festival in Lithuania- announces programme for 2016. As usual, the festival will take place on the first week of May in six cities of Lithuania- Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Telšiai and this year for the very first time- in Anykščiai.

This year DESIGN WEEK LITHUANIA will invite visitors to more than 110 unique events for both design lovers and professionals. Local stores and boutiques will exhibit more than 40 design works of young designers. Also, even 9 high schools will join the festival and present their students’ works and events. The festival will also select the national contest GOOD DESIGN winners whose works will be exhibited in special exposition. What is more, special guests from abroad will visit the festival: young Hungarian designers Association FISE and  German design magazine “Form”.
